1.3. Refund Policy:
Licensee acknowledges and agrees that due to the nature of the Product being eligible for download, all sales of the Product are final and non-refundable. Licensee must clearly communicate this return policy to their customers prior to the sale of the Product, ensuring that customers understand that they are purchasing a nonrefundable product. Failure to comply with this return policy or any misrepresentation of it to customers may result in immediate termination of these Terms, at the sole discretion of Company, in addition to any other remedies available to Company under law or equity.

By joining the Richest Wealth Club Affiliate Program, you are eligible to promote and resell the Richest Wealth Club course to earn commissions. As an affiliate, you will receive a 100% commission on each sale made through your unique affiliate link.

2.3. Commission Payment:
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis through PayPal or another preferred payment method. Payments are processed 30 days after the end of each month. You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal account (or another preferred method) is active and accurate.

  • Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical advertising practices.
  • Affiliates are prohibited from using the Richest Wealth Club name in any deceptive or misleading manner.
  • Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, and all pending commissions may be forfeited.

2.5. Affiliate Program Termination:
You can cancel your affiliate participation at any time by notifying us via email at rs2650684@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be eligible for commissions on future sales.
